ABOUT TAG
Organizations often know more than they can consistently put into action.
Tenet Advisory Group helps leaders see the judgment, relationships, operating patterns, and ways of working that sit underneath performance, then strengthen the human and organizational capacity needed to move from ambition to progress.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
Who We Are

Jerome Pagani, PhD
Founder & Principal
Jerome is an executive advisor whose work focuses on strategy, organizational execution, leadership, and change. Before founding TAG, he held senior strategy and operating roles across healthcare, professional services, and technology.
At EY, he helped lead strategic execution for the firm’s global Health & Life Sciences business, working with global, regional, and account leaders to translate strategy into coordinated priorities across a complex matrixed organization. He later served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Nordic, reporting to the COO and leading enterprise planning, performance management, cross-functional alignment, and resource allocation during a period of significant growth. Today, he also leads Strategy Catalyst at The Health Management Academy, working directly with Chief Strategy Officers and other senior health-system executives on complex strategic challenges.
Jerome began his career as a behavioral neuroscientist and holds a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience, an MA in Cognitive Psychology, and bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology. That combination of behavioral science and executive operating experience shapes his approach to understanding what is happening beneath the surface of an organization and what it will take to move forward.

Neil Yeager, EdD
Collaborating Partner
Neil is one of the owners of Charter Oak where his consulting practice has resided for the past twenty years. He divides his time consulting in primarily four areas: design and delivery of leadership training programs, executive coaching, team development, and change management.
When not in client systems he conducts executive and professional development retreats on his twenty-one acre farm in western Massachusetts. He is an affiliate faculty member at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in their Executive Development Program.
While Neil enjoys all the work he does, the primary focus of his work these days is based in The Seventh Prism framework (theseventhprism.com) a whole person approach to leadership and human development. Developed over the last eight years—and the culmination of over thirty years of work in the fields of organizational, leadership, career, and team development—The Seventh Prism represents an innovative, comprehensive methodology for helping individuals—and the organizations they lead—promote high levels of productivity and satisfaction through work/life integration and full engagement.

WHY TAG EXISTS
The hardest part is often what sits between strategy and action.
Organizations can have capable leaders, clear priorities, and deep expertise and still struggle to move. The friction is often found in the unwritten operating system: how decisions really get made, where judgment lives, which relationships carry influence, what teams have learned to work around, and what experienced people know that has never been made explicit.
TAG exists to help surface those conditions and work with leaders to strengthen the capacity underneath the outcome they are trying to achieve.
HOW WE SHOW UP
What it feels like to work with TAG
Senior people stay close to the work.
The people in the conversation are the people doing the thinking, facilitating, advising, and coaching.
We pay attention to what is actually shaping the outcome.
Formal structures matter. So do informal influence, operating habits, history, incentives, relationships, and the realities people are navigating.
We bring a point of view and remain curious.
Experience helps us see patterns quickly. Inquiry keeps us from assuming your organization works like someone else’s.
The work should leave something behind.
A useful engagement strengthens judgment, relationships, and ways of working that continue after TAG leaves the room.
OUR MODEL
A deliberately senior, flexible team
TAG works with a small network of experienced collaborating partners who bring complementary expertise to specific engagements. That lets us keep the work senior, focused, and matched to the situation rather than staffing from a fixed bench.

Have something you’re trying to make possible?
We’d be glad to hear what you’re working through and see whether TAG could be useful.
